There is limited parking available on the grounds. Handicap parking is available.
Motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATV's, etc.) cannot be ridden through Trade Days for safety reasons.
PROCESS TO RENT A LOT
To check for available lots, click 'LOT LAYOUT' under the TRADE DAYS. Available lots are highlighted in yellow. If you are interested in a lot, please email us to verify availability.
Regular lots are $30; electrical lots are $45. Most lots are 25' x 25' in size.
On Sunday morning ONLY from 6:00am-noon may a person come by the tent and get a ticket (one ticket per person) to draw for a lot that has not been rented for the next event. At noon, tickets will be drawn at random at the Rescue Squad tent. You MUST be present with your ticket to rent a lot if your number is drawn. The first ticket number drawn is called and they may rent an available lot if they choose, or they can pass. Then the next number is called, and so on.
Food vendors are not allowed to rent lots. Concessions are provided by local non-profit organizations as voted on by the Rescue Squad.

From Memphis, go south on I-55 for approximately 25 miles. Take Exit# 271, the Coldwater exit, and turn right off the exit ramp onto Hwy 306; go across the railroad tracks. There will be two entrances for parking at Trade Days on your left.
From Grenada, go north on I-55 for approximately 75 miles. Take Exit #271, the Coldwater exit, and turn left off the exit ramp onto Hwy 306; go across the railroad tracks. There will be two entrances for parking at Trade Days on your left.
